The Architecture and Design Commission has launched Saudi Cup Design Competition, which is a competition to design the cups and trophies that will be awarded at the 2022 Saudi Cup for horse racing, and it targets designers, students, and design agencies.

As part of the Ministry of Culture’s commitment to supporting artists during this time, and in line with protective measures implemented as part of the Kingdom’s response to the coronavirus pandemic, the Ministry of Culture invites artists to creatively express their experiences by submitting artwork to be considered for inclusion in the second edition of “From Within” contemporary art exhibition.

Daw’ Film Competition aims to encourage and support the filmmaking sector in the Kingdom, and is meant to support various Saudi talents financially and logistically.

To advance the arts and culture sector, the Ministry of Culture has announced 2020 as the Year of Arabic Calligraphy.

The National Folklore Competition is meant to aid the intangible national heritage through encouraging all community members to document the national Folklore treasures in Saudi in the following tracks; Folk Dance, Folk Music, Folktales and Legends

The National Cultural Awards celebrate the cultural achievements and artistic talent of individuals and groups across several cultural sectors.

The Art Residency | Al Balad program aims to enrich artistic and cultural exchange, in a supportive and cooperative environment for art and artists, in Rubat Al Khunji building in Historical Jeddah.

Race Through Art Competition is launched in cooperation with the Ministry of Sports, which invites amateur and professional artists to participate in designing artistic drawings that reflect the unique culture of the Kingdom, where the winning artwork will be executed in the run-off area surroundings in FORMULA 1 ® SAUDI ARABIAN GRAND PRIX 2021.

In line with its belief that talented individuals are the cornerstone of a developed and thriving music sector, the Ministry of Culture is launching The Virtual Training Program 'San'ah' to support local talent and enhance the production of musical content.

The Industrial Heritage Competition aims to engage and motivate all segments of society to highlight and discover the industrial heritage landmarks and to document their physical, civil, and social history.
